A broad modern studio is expecting you in Buenos Aires, a very luminous one in fact and ideal for peaceable holidays. This is a brightly and comfortable view to front studio apartment.

The apartment boasts an excellent location meters away from Córdoba Avenue the border between Palermo and Abasto neighborhood (Tango idol Carlos Gardel’s neighborhood) filled with cafés, tanguerías, museams, Universities and restaurants and few blocks away from shopping malls (Abasto and Alto Palermo malls), feature that facilitates its guests many alternatives for moving around, transportation (such as two subways lines, buses and cab/taxi), easily go though town and access to commercial shops.
Address: San Luis 3251, between Aguero and Gallo streets (see map at the end).

The area is very quaint, culturally rich and full of contrasts. There are many off circuit theatres, the house of Carlos Gardel (now a museum), close to the big Abasto Shopping mall and few blocks away the other one Alto Palermo Shopping, old tenant houses, five star hotels and it’s the home of different ethnic, cultural and religious groups. It is less than 10 minutes from downtown.

The Specifics:

This property is placed in a modern tower equipped with optimum facilities and services, among them swimming pool (available on summer season), solarium and laundry can be mentioned. The flat is fully equipped and prepared to receive up to four guests to whom it offers a double bed and a sofa-bed (futon) that can be transformed in a double bed for two persons.

The residence has a fully equipped kitchen including freezer and microwave oven plus a complete and broad bathroom with both bidet and bathtub. Furthermore the apartment is equipped with Cable TV, High Speed Internet and WIFI 100 Mbps, Air Conditioning, electrical heating by radiating floor, dishes, linens and towels, hairdryer, security box, blackout curtains and wood floor. Moreover, there is a gorgeous terrace balcony that has a sight clean to Buenos Aires City. This lovely studio is about 473 sq ft (44 m²), is located in the 8th floor on the top floor of the building and is warm and bright.

Restrictions: No pets allowed.
Method of payment (to book it): we prefer Paypal for instant booking, but it can be by using cash, Western Union, etc.

Included costs: Building expenses, City tax, utility Water.
Cable TV/Internet WIFI, Electricity and gas are paid separately (long term rentals)

We rent long term for 1-2 people (prefered) and also short stays for week/s for up to 4 people.

Gran apartamento en alquiler en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (cerca de Universidad de Palermo, Barcelo, Medicina UBA).
Este amplio apartamento/estudio esta esperandolo en Buenos Aires, es muy luminoso e ideal para unas vacaciones tranquilas. El apartamento tiene una vista muy confortable al frente del edificio.
Esta ubicado en una excelente zona a pocos metros de la Avenida Córdoba que limita los barrios de Palermo y Abasto (el barrio del ídolo del Tango “Carlos Gardel”) con muchos cafes, tanguerías, museos y Universidades (la Universidad de Palermo se encuentra a 3 cuadras), restaurantes y a pocas cuadras del Abasto shopping mall y Alto Palermo. Esta característica le brinda además al turista muchas alternativas de transporte (como 2 líneas de subte, autobuses y taxis), fácilmente se llega al centro de la ciudad y a centros comerciales.

El barrio es muy tranquilo, rico culturalmente y lleno de contrastes. Por los alrededores encontrarás teatros, el museo Casa de Carlos Gardel, los shoppings Abasto y Alto Palermo, Universidades, casas del siglo pasado, hoteles 5 estrellas, es un lugar donde conviven diferentes etnias, culturas y grupos religiosos.

El apartamento esta equipado a full con todos los muebles nuevos y preparado hasta para 4 turistas, posee una cama de dos plazas y un sofa-cama que puede transformarse en cama doble para dos personas.
La residencia tiene cocina completa, heladera con freezer y horno microondas además posee un baño completo con bidet y bañera. Esta equipado con TV por cable, Internet de banda ancha con WIFI 100 Mbps, aire acondicionado, calefacción por piso radiante eléctrico, y completo set de cubiertos, ropa blanca, secador de pelo, Caja de Seguridad, cortinas blackout y piso de madera. Los muebles son Country style. Ademas posee un hermoso balcón con una estupenda y clara vista de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.

Este es un encantador studio de 44 m², que esta ubicado en el piso 8 es muy calido y luminoso.

Restricciones: No se aceptan mascotas.
Modo de pago y reserva: preferimos Paypal para reservas instantáneas, giros via Western Union, efectivo, etc.
Incluido en el precio de renta: expensas del edificio, impuesto de la ciudad y agua.
